He completed Bachelor's degree in Theology and General Management from St. John’s University of Tanzania in 2010. His professional journey began in 2011 when he joined the Diocese of Ruaha of the Anglican Church of Tanzania, where he served as a Project Manager, School Administrator, and Tutor at Amani Training Centre.

Subsequently, in 2013, he did a transitioned to Mama Bahati Foundation,a Microfinance organization, initially as a Trainer and Field Officer, eventually advancing to the role of Branch Manager in Morogoro.

Since 2017, he has been actively involved as the Director of the Organization for Matumaini Communities, investing his diverse background to enhance his professional engagements in community projects and support for local communities and organizations.

Additionally, he has been serving as a Master Coach with the Chalmers Center since 2022. He is married with four wonderful children.
