Anitha John Urassa, born in 2002, is a Tanzanian individual who made the decision to engage in volunteer work at the Organization for Matumaini Community in December 2023.

Her academic journey commenced with the pursuit of a certificate in secondary school education at Mailisita Secondary School in Mosh Kilimanjaro from 2016 to 2019. Subsequently, she obtained a Basic Certificate in Business Administration from the College of Business, Mwanza campus (CBE) between 2020 and 2021.

Moreover, she furthered her education by completing a Diploma in Business Administration (DBA) at the Mwanza campus from 2021 to 2023. During her educational journey, she had the privilege of engaging in practical training at BUWASA, where she actively participated in the Business Management Department, focusing on customer care services.
